Ask Us Anything
I have never done yoga. Which class should I start with?

Hatha Foundations and Yin & Restore are ideal first classes. Both move slowly, explain every pose and offer easier options throughout.

What should I bring and wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in and bring a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and towels are all provided free of charge.

Can I practice with an injury or health condition?

Often, yes. Let your coach know before class so they can adapt poses for you. For recent surgery or serious conditions, please check with your doctor first.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Cancel from your account up to four hours before class and the credit returns to you automatically. Late cancellations count as a used class.

Can I pause my membership while traveling?

Yes. Pause for up to eight weeks per year at no cost, and your on-demand library access continues while you are away.
